We provide professional assistance services to clients as per the agreed scope of work.
The client must clearly define requirements before commencement. Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
2. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and ensure that all shared documents, data, and communications remain private and secure.
The client is also responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any information, communication, or deliverables provided by us.
We do not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
3. Usage of Services
Our services are strictly for the client’s personal, academic, or professional use (as applicable).
The client shall not resell, reproduce, or misuse the deliverables in violation of applicable laws, institutional guidelines, or ethical standards.
We are not responsible for any misuse of the deliverables once handed over to the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate and complete data, documents, and information required for the service.
Any delays, errors, or dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client will not be our responsibility.
5. Timelines
We strive to deliver services within the agreed timelines.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, client’s delay in providing required inputs, or technical issues.
We are not liable for any penalties, losses, or damages resulting from such delays.
6. Payment Terms
Payment structure (advance, milestone payments, and final payment) will be communicated before commencement of work.
Full payment must be cleared before the final handover of deliverables.
Refunds will be governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
7. Revisions & Modifications
Reasonable revisions within the original scope of work are included in the service cost.
Any major changes or additional work beyond the agreed scope will attract additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we ensure quality and professionalism, we make no guarantees regarding acceptance, publication, grades, or results arising from the use of our services.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, opportunities, or data.
The client uses our services at their own discretion and risk.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are strictly subject to our Refund Policy, which is a part of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the use of our services will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered address of MG Aricent Pvt. Ltd., 135, Ravi Nagar, Shyam Society, Umarsara, Yavatmal – 445001, Maharashtra, India.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming our services and making payment (advance or full), the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund Policy.
