1. Advance Payment
Most of our services require an advance payment before commencement.
Once the work has started, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Client
If a client decides to cancel the service after partial delivery of work, any payments made up to that stage will be non-refundable.
In cases where significant progress has already been made, refunds will not be considered.
3. Final Deliverables
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be cleared before the final delivery of the work/service.
Once the final deliverable has been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Revisions & Modifications
Revisions or modifications as per the original agreed scope of work are included in the service cost.
Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges and will not qualify for refunds.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all necessary information, data, or inputs required to complete the service.
Any delays, inaccuracies, or dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen events beyond our control (such as technical failures, natural disasters, or regulatory changes), refunds will not be guaranteed but we will work with clients to find a fair resolution.
7. Acceptance of Policy
By confirming any service and making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
In the event of any legal dispute arising after the client has accepted our Terms & Conditions and availed our services, such matters shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered address of MG Aricent Pvt. Ltd., 135, Ravi Nagar, Shyam Society, Umarsara, Yavatmal – 445001, Maharashtra, India.
